Author Guidelines
Please note that, you may upload a maximum of 2 SUBMISSIONS.
Submitting an Abstract
- The maximum word limit for the abstract is 150-350 words.
- Your work should be submitted in English and should be prepared with the conference templates above.
Submitting a Full Paper
- Full paper (at least 2 pages excluding references) Should include Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results, Discussion/Conclusion, and Recommendations with related references to be included in the proceedings of the Conference.
- We encourage you to send full paper which is a compendious summary of a paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.
- All authors with accepted papers (lectures and posters) at seabsymp’24 are invited to submit full text papers including abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, result description, tables, figures, and references for the conference proceedings by April 30, 2024. Submitting a full paper is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
- Before submitting your paper, please ensure that it has been carefully read for typographic and grammatical errors.
- All papers presented at seabsymp’24 will be published in the conference proceedings book and will have the opportunity to be evaluated for one of the Special Journal Issues associated with the meeting.
- Pages should not be numbered.
- Your submission should be submitted in English and should be prepared with the conference templates above.
Paper Acceptance Criteria
Papers that do not contain an original research contribution will be rejected. Papers that are so badly written as to not be understandable will be rejected, as well as papers where authors engage in extensive self-plagiarism. All submitted papers will go through a double-blind reviewing process by at least two reviewers drawn from the chairs of the committees.

Poster Presentation Instructions
- Posters must be 70 cm (width) x 100 cm (height).
- The font size should be large enough to be read from a distance of 1 meter.
- Author names should be written under the abstract title and the name of the person who will present the poster should be underlined.
- Poster abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
