Submission Guidelines
Abstract Submission
- There is no maximum word limit for the abstract, but it should not exceed one page.
- Your submission must be written in English and prepared according to the conference templates.
- The abstract text file must be uploaded to the system.
- The name of the person who will make the presentation should be underlined.
Full Paper Submission
- The full paper must be written in English and prepared according to the conference templates above. Sections can be named differently and sub-sections can be added.
- We invite all authors whose papers are accepted at SEAB to submit their full papers by September 10, 2024. Submitting a full paper is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
- Before submitting your papers, please ensure they are carefully read for spelling and grammar errors.
Paper Acceptance Criteria
Non-original papers will be rejected. Papers that are incomprehensibly poorly written and papers where authors have committed extensive plagiarism will be rejected. All submitted papers will go through a double-blind review process by at least two referees selected by the committee chairs.
Poster Preparation Rules
- Posters should be 70 cm (width) x 90 cm (height) in size.
- The font size must be large enough to be readable from 1 meter away.
- Author names should be written under the abstract title, and the name of the person who will present the abstract should be underlined.
- Poster abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
